Q. Can I have a character from a movie or TV Show?

A. Of course, but there’s a catch. If you decide you want art that is subject to copywright or trademark it is possible, but will require special licensing.  Please shoot us a custom order form or an email with what you are looking for and we will get a quote back about licensing fees. The costs of this can go from $25.00 to thousands of dollars, it just depends on who and what it is.  Our process is pretty simple, tell us what you want and we will research it. With a few notable exceptions it only takes a few days.

Q. How long before I get my stuff?

The answer is, it takes as long as it takes! Depending on the artist, art, and design decisions.  When we get your order we can get you an eta. Some of our options require special purchases (some things can’t be stocked) so it really just depends. It has never taken us longer than 2 weeks (and that included wood shop time). Does that help? If you have something specific you need by a certain date, email us and we will get back to you same day.

Q. I am sending you a picture, will the finished piece be identical?

A. Please note that this is a custom piece done by an artist by hand. Inconsistencies will happen. Also, there is a certain amount of creative license with art and colors.

Q. How can I be sure the color I choose will look the way I want it to?

A. Colors are not true to the screen. We’ve given you color names and numbers so if you want an exact match, please go to your local art supply store and look at the color in person. Then you can be sure you will know what the end result will look like.

Q. If I don’t like it will you refund my money?

A. The short answer is, no. We will send you an order summary or sketch for you to approve. Once you approve it, you own it. That being said, we want you happy. If it is within our power to fix it, we certainly will.

Q. What if my product is damaged during shipping?

A. We insure all of our shipments, so replacing them will take more creation time, but no additional money from you. We are very careful with our shipping and packaging, so this rarely happens, but rest assured that if it does, we will make it right.
